Journey Towards Breast Health

Stratos partnered with GE Healthcare and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The goal was to generate opportunities for improvements and innovations for women during screening, diagnostics or treatment for breast cancer— specifically the experience before, during and after a visit to the hospital. We focused on uncovering opportunities at the intersection of process, people, products, information, the physical environment and services.

IMPACT

  • Uncovered service gaps, pain points and opportunities within the current breast health system
  • Built patient service alignment between multiple levels of the breast center organization
  • Identified the “low hanging fruit” solutions that bring immediate value to patients and the breast care center
