Co-designing Signature Services

Mall developers sought to co-design unique experiences to build signature services that would form a distinct brand identity. Stratos collaborated with a retail planning firm to envision the mall experience of the future. Throughout the process, mall developers worked with consumers to take advantage of opportunities informed by the desires of shoppers. By bringing together what matters to consumers and what benefits business stakeholders, we could bridge the gaps that typically hinder innovation.
