How we began

Stratos Innovation Group began as a small strategic design consultancy with a big ambition — to help organizations understand people and transform the way they deliver experiences. Founded in 2013, Stratos was built on the belief that lasting innovation doesn't come from guesswork or buzzwords, but from deeply understanding human needs and connecting them with real business outcomes.
