On one hand, classroom training leaves us swamped. On the other, out-of-context deliverables can leave us clueless. Many think this tradeoff between learning new skills and getting real work accomplished is inevitable. They believe that in order to develop our people we have to sacrifice our productivity—and to increase our productivity, we have to outsource projects and sacrifice the development of our teams.

Training-by-doing allows you to benefit from both. It is a hands-on approach to learning design thinking, innovation and service design principles by integrating teams alongside experts in a real project. This helps teams accelerate learning while simultaneously making progress toward their assigned goals.

Scale the Impact of Any Project

Training-by-doing can be incorporated as an add-on to any one of our other services. This approach creates a custom, immersive educational experience for a core team of 4-6 people. This core team receives a tailored learning-plan, coaching and tools to build their knowledge. At the end of the project, the core team will have what they need to champion outputs across the organization and knowledge to execute similar projects again internally.
